You will need access to a pull-up bar. This can be at a commercial gym or a sturdy home setup. We also recommend having access to dumbbells and a bench, as the program includes accessory work to build the necessary back and core strength to support your pull-up.
Absolutely. This program was built specifically for women starting from (0 reps). We start with "Phase 1: Foundation" to build your stability and core strength before we ever ask you to attempt a full pull-up. (this is the perfect add on to your regular training)
